Shawndre Delmore
Shawndre Delmore, 24, died in 2023 while held at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia. He was found unresponsive in his cell on August 31 and taken to a hospital, where he died later. Fulton County officials told the family that he died of cardiac arrest, but his family and attorneys dispute that account, saying he had no known prior medical conditions and demanding evidence and access to witnesses. His mother, Natasha Holoman, described him as very loving and said he would not harm anybody. His autopsy was still pending when WABE reported on his death.
