Kevin Gilooly
Kevin Gilooly died while held at the Onondaga County jail in New York. The New York Attorney General's office said he received only intermittent treatment for his high blood pressure, and that his medications were mixed up and wrongly administered. The office also said NaphCare, the jail's medical contractor, never asked that he be seen by a specialist. The State Commission on Correction's mortality report is cited alongside the attorney general's account.
