James Williams
James Williams died on April 9, 2020, while held at Fishkill Correctional Facility, a New York state prison. The New York State Commission of Correction's Medical Review Board reviewed his death and published a report on it. A May 2020 New York Daily News account reported that an unnamed person who died at Fishkill was buried in a Beacon cemetery used for unclaimed remains of people who die in state prisons.
