James Francis Rapp
James Francis Rapp, 84, died on September 6, 2024, at the Duane Waters Health Center, a Michigan Department of Corrections facility outside Jackson, where he was held. The MDOC, through spokesperson Jenni Riehle, said he died of heart failure and that the death was natural. The department confirmed the death on September 11, five days after it occurred.
