Zachary Scott
Zachary Scott, 36, died on October 29, 2016, after he was stabbed on the B Facility yard at Salinas Valley State Prison in California. According to a federal criminal complaint from the U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of California, another man held at the prison stabbed him 17 times while guards tried to stop the attack.
