Xaniya Muse
Xaniya Muse, 20, died on April 18, 2026, while held at the Muscogee County Jail in Columbus, Georgia. She reportedly complained of a stomachache before her death. The sheriff's office said she was found unresponsive in her cell, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation began investigating. In May, Coroner Buddy Bryan said an autopsy found she died from complications of a perforated stomach ulcer.
