Winfred Lowe
Winfred Lowe was 57 when he died on January 17, 2022, at the Oklahoma County Detention Center in Oklahoma City. The jail said he had been held there since March 2021 and had spent about 100 days in a hospital, and that he was under continuous medical care in the jail's medical facility before his death. Jail staff said they found him unresponsive in his cell early that Monday morning. The State Medical Examiner's office will determine the cause of death.
