Executed
Willie Williams Jr.
Willie Williams Jr., 48, was executed by lethal injection at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio, on October 25, 2005. Before he died he winked and blew a kiss to his adult daughter, Jameka, and thanked her, his brother and his uncle, who were witnesses, telling them, "Y'all stick together. Don't worry about me." The Ohio Parole Board unanimously recommended against clemency, and the state did not commute his sentence. His victims' family members said his final statement felt like an insult.
