Willie Bell

Willie Bell was a 15-year-old Black boy, and he was hanged at noon on November 29, 1892, in Macon, Georgia. Newspapers of the time reported that his execution was carried out in private and that no members of the press were admitted. Willie was executed by hanging, and the accounts from that day record nothing else about the death.
