William Walls
William Walls, 68, of Keithville, Louisiana, died on March 18, 2021. According to the record, deputies had gone to a mobile home on Pecan Road to arrest another man, and Walls gave them permission to search the home and went with them. He was handcuffed and placed alone in the back of a sheriff's cruiser, and was later found in distress and died at Willis-Knighton South. The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office said it found no procedural or criminal violations, and the coroner said there was no sign of physical harm.
