William Turner
William Turner, 46, died on October 14, 2018, at the Tucker Unit state prison in Arkansas, where he was held. The Arkansas Department of Correction said he was unresponsive in his assigned barracks that morning, and he was pronounced dead at 8:31 a.m. The Arkansas State Police and the prison system are investigating his death.
