William Trentham
William Trentham, 40, died on November 22, 2021, while held at a jail in Shelby County, Tennessee. According to The Commercial Appeal, he was found unresponsive in his cell. The autopsy found that toxicity from fentanyl, mitragynine and chlordiazepoxide caused his death, and the manner of death was classed as an overdose. The newspaper reported his death in August 2023, almost two years after it happened.
