William Styffe
William Styffe, 33, died on Nov. 9, 2013, about seven weeks after he tried to hang himself in his cell at the Volusia County Branch Jail, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal. Volusia County spokesman Dave Byron said he was taken to Halifax Health Medical Center. A sheriff's report says he had also attempted suicide a few days earlier while at the Palm Beach County Jail.
