William Rodriguez-Rivera, 44, died on January 13, 2024, at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Delaware County spokeswoman Adrienne Marofsky said the manner and cause of death are still to be determined and that a toxicology report could take three to six more weeks. The Broad + Liberty article reports that his death was the eleventh at the facility since Warden Laura Williams took over in February 2022, a period it says saw a higher death rate than under the previous private management.
