William R. Warnock Jr.
William R. Warnock Jr., 54, of Binghamton, died on December 8, 2025, while held at the Broome County Correctional Facility. The Broome County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in his bed and that he was pronounced dead at 6:32 a.m. The sheriff's office also said he had made no unusual complaints or medical requests in the days before his death. An autopsy was planned, and the state Attorney General's Office and Commission on Correction were reviewing the incident, with the cause and manner of death still pending.
