William Oviedo
William Oviedo, 55, of Clifton, died in his cell at the Passaic County Jail in New Jersey on February 18, 2016, the day he was due to be released after about three months there. Bill Maer, a spokesman for the Passaic County Sheriff's Office, said Oviedo was found unresponsive shortly before 5 a.m. after attempting suicide. The sheriff's special investigation division is investigating the death.
