William Lee Evins
William Lee Evins, a man held in a Texas prison, died in 2013. In a court motion, his defense attorney, Scott Sanders, said Evins consistently maintained his innocence. The motion says his efforts to win parole had failed before he died. It also says his appellate attorney died in 2013 as well.
