William Happ

William Frederick Happ, 51, was executed by lethal injection at Florida State Prison in Raiford on October 15, 2013, according to the Florida Department of Corrections. For his final meal he chose assorted chocolates and German chocolate ice cream. Before his death he made a final statement. Death penalty opponents said the three-drug method, which used a sedative not previously used in Florida, could cause severe pain if not administered correctly.
