William Duane Lazzaro
William Duane Lazzaro, 30, died on June 21, 2013, while held at Stillwater Prison in Minnesota. Prison staff reported that he was having medical issues, and CPR had been started before Bayport police and fire personnel arrived. He was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, where he was pronounced dead.
