William Ayres
William Ayres was an 84-year-old former psychiatrist who lived in San Mateo; The Almanac described him as a psychiatrist and NBC Bay Area as a child psychiatrist. He was held at California Medical Facility, a state prison medical center in Vacaville, and died there on April 20, 2016, in a hospice unit according to The Almanac. The Solano County coroner's office said he died of natural causes while under a doctor's care. According to The Almanac, his body was not taken to the coroner's office and no autopsy was performed.
