William Arthur Mayhew II
William Arthur Mayhew II, 77, died on October 3, 2020, at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington, where he was held in the custody of the Wyoming Department of Corrections. The department's press release said he had reportedly been in poor health for several weeks. The department said his death did not appear to be related to COVID-19. An autopsy has been ordered under department policy, and the cause and manner of his death are pending its results.
