William Alfred Austin
William Alfred Austin, 40, of Buxton, died on February 6, 2024, while held at the York County Jail in Alfred. The York County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in his cell that Tuesday afternoon. The sheriff's office said the cause of death is unknown. The Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit is investigating his death.
