Willam Palmer Heyser
Willam Palmer Heyser, 55, was a long-time taxi driver for Rose City Cab. He died on January 10, 2019, at a nearby hospital after being held at Snake River Correctional Institution in Oregon. The Oregon Department of Corrections reported the death, and the Oregon State Police and the Medical Examiner were to investigate the cause. The manner and cause of death were pending at the time of reporting.
