Wilbur Moyer II
Wilbur Moyer II, 30, died at the Western Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Maryland, in March 2019. According to the Maryland State Police, a correctional officer found him and a cellmate during a cell check early on a Sunday morning, and staff called for medical help. He was taken to Western Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The autopsy results and the cause and manner of his death were still pending at the time of reporting.
