Wilber Heovany Garcia Benitez, 38, died at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Jail in Manassas, Virginia, on May 22, 2022. Police said he was found unresponsive in his cell early that Sunday morning, and jail officers and medical staff gave first aid until medics arrived, but he was pronounced dead at the jail.
