Waylon Jennings Ellis
Waylon Jennings Ellis, 26, lived in Bladenboro. He was found dead in his cell at the Bladen County Jail on Monday, April 10, 2006, just before midnight, the same night he was booked there. Officers at the jail said he hanged himself and described the death as apparent suicide. The State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the death.
