Virginia Lujan
Virginia Lujan, reported as 55 or 56 years old, died in early September 2025 while in the custody of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office in Arizona. One account says she was taken to a hospital, where she died. A sheriff's office spokesperson said she died of natural causes and gave no details, and said no foul play was suspected. ABC15 reported that the office's public list of deaths in its jail had not been updated since July, which the office attributed to a change of website vendors.
