Vinh Quang Nguyen
Vinh Quang Nguyen, 35, was held in a cell at the Anaheim Police Department jail in Orange County, California, in December 2024. Officers restrained him face down on the floor, and he was later found breathing shallowly, after which staff gave him CPR. He died at a hospital a few days later on December 9, 2024.
