Vincentito Otero
Vincentito Otero, 50, died at the Falkenburg Road Jail in Hillsborough County, Florida, on February 16, 2021. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive on the floor of his single-person cell during a routine check around 2:45 a.m. Jail medical staff and Hillsborough County Fire Rescue were unable to revive him. The Sheriff's Office is investigating, and the cause and manner of death are pending the Medical Examiner's findings.
