Vincent Voychek was executed by hanging in the yard of the Clarion County Jail on June 1, 1911, the only execution in the county's history. A county account says the sentence was carried out as ordered and that he was pronounced dead at 10:07 a.m. The account also describes invitations to the execution issued by the sheriff.
