Vincent Greg Horner Jr.
Vincent Greg Horner Jr., a 53-year-old man, died on July 31, 2020, while held at the Lexington County Detention Center in South Carolina. The Lexington County Sheriff's Department said he was found unresponsive in his bunk in a cell shared with other people early that Friday morning. The State Law Enforcement Division is investigating the death under sheriff's department policy. The Lexington County Coroner has not yet determined a cause or manner of death.
