Vincent Frank Leone
Vincent Frank Leone, 57, died on August 31, 2019, at the Lee County Jail in Mississippi, less than 10 hours after Tupelo police arrested him on the evening of August 30. According to police, he refused medical attention at the jail. Neither the police department nor the sheriff's office publicly reported the death, and the cause of death was not released until both agencies confirmed it to the Daily Journal when asked. The cause and circumstances of his death have not been made public.
