Victoria Seats, 24, was held at the Blackford County Jail in Blackford County, Indiana, when she died on July 18, 2017. Jail officers found her semi-responsive in her cell that Tuesday night, and they said they suspected a seizure. Medics treated her on the way to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead around 11:30 p.m. The Indiana State Police are investigating, and the autopsy and toxicology results were still pending when the report was published.
