Victor W. Hare III died on November 6, 2019, at SCI Laurel Highlands, a state prison in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, where he was in the custody of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. A Corrections Department spokesperson, Susan McNaughton, told PennLive.com that he died of natural causes. The Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency's reporting dashboard also lists the manner of death as natural.
