Victor Russo
Victor Russo was held at William E Donaldson Correctional Facility in Alabama. He died on October 28, 2022, after being taken to UAB Hospital. The Equal Justice Initiative says correctional lieutenant Mohammad Jenkins struck Mr. Russo in the head and sprayed him with chemical agents while he was handcuffed.
