Victor Harman
Victor Harman, 24, died on June 7, 2021, while held at the Douglas County Jail in Omaha, Nebraska. Officials said jail staff found him unresponsive in his cell that Monday afternoon and tried to save his life, and he was pronounced dead at the jail. The Douglas County Department of Corrections extended condolences to his family. WOWT reported in March 2022 that a grand jury found no probable cause that a crime was committed in connection with his death.
