Victor Cadena
Victor Cadena, 34, was in the custody of the Bexar County Sheriff's Office when he died at University Hospital in San Antonio on October 12, 2025. He had been arrested by San Antonio police on October 4 and taken straight to the hospital with serious injuries, where the sheriff's office said he was booked by proxy. The sheriff's office said he died from injuries sustained during the incident that led to his arrest, and that its internal affairs unit and the Bexar County Constables Office Pct. 2 are reviewing the death. The Bexar County Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death, and no ruling had been issued at the time of reporting.
