Vaughn Harvey
Vaughn Harvey, 70, was held at the Wynne Unit in Huntsville, Texas. He was transferred to Hospital Galveston on April 23, 2020, and died there on April 26. KWTX reported that he had been diagnosed with COVID-19 before his death. The Texas Office of the Attorney General's custodial death report also lists his death at Hospital Galveston, a Texas Department of Criminal Justice facility.
