Vann Tucker
Vann Tucker, 29, was held at the Varner unit of the Arkansas Department of Correction. The department said he was seriously injured on a Saturday morning in June 2013 while trying to escape. He died several days later at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, and department spokeswoman Shea Wilson confirmed the death.
