A 53-year-old man died by suicide at the Outagamie County Jail in Wisconsin on August 5, 2017, according to the Outagamie County Sheriff's Department. The sheriff's office said an officer last observed him at 2:00 a.m. and found him at 2:58 a.m. that Saturday. His name has not been published in the account. The sheriff's office's statements are the only accounts so far.
