A man being held at the Renville County Jail in Minnesota died on March 26, 2026, according to the Renville County Sheriff's Office. The Sheriff's Office said correctional staff found him unresponsive and not breathing in his cell. He was taken to Olivia Hospital and Clinic, where he was pronounced dead. The Sheriff's Office said there was no indication of foul play, and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is conducting an independent investigation.
