In June 1905, a man held in a Georgia jail was one of seven men a mob took from the jail and killed. The Salt Lake Herald reported that the mob shot him.

Cause of death, as reported: Taken from custody and lynched. The Salt Lake Herald reports he was shot by a mob after being taken from the jail.
