In June 1905, a mob took a man from a Georgia jail and shot him. The Salt Lake Herald, reporting that month, counted him among seven men killed after being taken from the jail by a mob. His name is not legible in the surviving account, so he is known here only by the date and state of his death.

Cause of death, as reported: Taken from custody and lynched. The Salt Lake Herald reported that a mob shot him after taking him from the jail.
