The Ketchum Keystone reported that men held in Oklahoma in the custody of a sheriff were taken from the officer by a mob and hanged on December 26, 1891. The paper condemned the mob for taking the men from lawful custody. The men are not named in the account.

Cause of death, as reported: Taken from custody and lynched. The Ketchum Keystone reports that a mob took the men from a sheriff who had captured them in Oklahoma and hanged them.
