A man died in his cell at the Robert Presley Detention Center in Riverside, California, on August 18, 2021. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department has not released his name. He was pronounced dead about 15 minutes after deputies were called to his cell. The sheriff's department said the death is under investigation and that it has found no signs of foul play.
