According to St. Louis Medical Examiner data reported by KMOV, a man died of a fentanyl overdose, alone or with other drugs, inside the Dismas House of St. Louis, a federal halfway house. The medical examiner's data places his death between 2021 and 2023. KMOV reported that his death was one of eight overdose deaths at the house that had not been previously known.
