Three Black people held in the jail at Hendersop, Texas, were taken from it by a mob and hanged, according to a brief item in the Evening Journal published November 13, 1905. The jail was where they were held when the mob took them and killed them. The item reports the killings in a few lines, and no further account of the three is given.
