A man in his 30s, whose name the sources do not give, was held at the Davis County Jail in Farmington, Utah. The Davis County Sheriff's Office said he was found hanging in his cell on April 21, 2023, and that deputies and medical staff restored his pulse before he was taken to a hospital, where he later died. The sheriff's office described the death as a suicide and said it will be reviewed internally, by outside reviewers, and by its Life Safety Committee.
