A man held at the federal prison in Forrest City, Arkansas, was punched by another person held there on October 29, 2022, and fell, fracturing his skull. Prosecutors said he was taken to a hospital, never regained consciousness, and died on November 1, 2022. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas attributes his death to the assault.
