A 19-year-old man held at Saunders County Corrections in Nebraska was found unresponsive in his cell early on a Tuesday morning in late July 2018, and was taken to Saunders County Medical Center and then to Bryan LGH West. He died there on Friday, August 3, 2018. Officials said he died of self-inflicted injuries, and the Saunders County Sheriff's Office and the Nebraska State Patrol are investigating. His name has not been released.
